PERC and Bureau of Fire Protection Formalize Partnership to Strengthen Eye Care Access for Fire Officers and Firemen

Premiere Eye Referral Center & Optical (PERC) has officially entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) last November 22, 2025 to support and enhance the eye health of the country’s fire service personnel. The ceremonial signing took place at PERC and was attended by key leaders from both institutions.

The agreement grants Fire Officers and Firemen an exclusive 20% discount on PERC’s eye care services, their dependents 10%, and BFP applicants 5%, reflecting PERC’s commitment to providing accessible, high-quality vision care to the nation’s public safety frontliners.

Clinic Tour and Technology Showcase

Following the signing, the BFP delegation was given a guided tour of PERC’s facilities. Dr. Roberto Maliwat walked the group through the center’s advanced diagnostic and refractive technologies, demonstrating how PERC continues to invest in state-of-the-art equipment to ensure precise, safe, and effective eye care for all patients.

The tour highlighted PERC’s leading capabilities in refractive surgery, advanced cataract management, and comprehensive eye diagnostics—services that will now be more accessible to the brave men and women of the BFP through the newly formalized partnership.
