The partnership was formally established through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony held on September 17, 2026, bringing together representatives from both PERC and the UST Office of Alumni Relations.

The MOA signing ceremony was attended by representatives from both organizations.

Representing the UST Office of Alumni Relations were Assoc. Prof. Joreen T. Rocamora, PhD, Director of the Office of Alumni Relations, and Carla Romina G. Ricarte, Alumni Engagement and Linkages Officer of the Office of Alumni Relations.

Representing PERC were Mark Adriene C. Rigor and Allan Angelo V. Nacpil, both Marketing Officers of PERC.
